Kimberly and Tafadzwa, thank you both for your Spirit-filled comments – this is the nearest to my heart and it was even still painful for me to reread just now, but God is faithful! My son got some unexpected reinforcement at school yesterday, in perfect timing!!! God is good.

Yes Rachel we are complete in HIm. As I am reading your post it’s yet another confirmation that to live victoriously in this walk we have let go and let God. We have to trust that he sees all things and knows all things. He is in control! Your son may feel let down by earthly beings but he has a heavenly father who cares about everything that concerns Him. Lay anything and everything concerning your son at HIS feet. Your worries about your son’s well being, understanding what is going on, protection. Lay it all down. God will minister His grace, His love and His peace to Him. The Lord is mighty to save (Zeph 3:17) He will quiet your son with love and sing over him. Rest easy my dear friend; both of you are are in GOOD hands.

I truly love “Complete in Him.” The way you wrote this inspirational piece touched my heart deeply, because I also have a young son and even though he isn’t at the age to understand certain things, I know that the love of the Lord is covering him. We do the best we can as a mother and it’s inspiring to see that someone else shares the same feelings and concerns you do about parenting. It isn’t easy, but with our Protector, all will be WELL!
